Steve Clark B.Sc., P.Ag. is a Soil and Terrain Scientist mainly participating in a range of Pre-Disturbance Assessment (PDA) and Project Management work. I have been involved in a number of oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure projects throughout Canada. I have managed and acted as Discipline Lead for numerous environmental assessments for inter-provincial and provincial pipeline projects, oilsands development projects, and soil survey programs. I have also spent significant time monitoring the construction of pipeline and oilsands development projects with regards to soil conservation, compliance monitoring and environmental mitigations.

I have experience in managing and completing various PDA projects including, soil assessments, Conservation and Reclamation Plans, surficial geology classification, Terrestrial Ecosystem Mapping (TEM), vegetation ecosite classification, and terrain stability work for multiple industries. I have also completed multiple soils and terrain baseline studies and Environmental Assessments (EAs) for mines in British Columbia.

My Geographic Information Software (GIS) capabilities have enabled me to contribute to a variety of projects through environmental baseline/impact mapping, spatial/statistical analysis, Environmental Protection Plans (EPP) for pipelines, and deliverable map production.

Jennifer North, C.E.T. is an aggregate specialist highly experienced in obtaining all necessary approvals on private, public and park land relating to aggregate operations. My areas of specializations include reclamation liability estimates, aggregate exploration, approval applications and compliance maintenance. I am proficient in preparing applications for the following approvals: Surface Material Exploration, Surface Material Lease, Conservation Operation Reclamation Plan, Code of Practice under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act and authorizations under the Water Act. I am also very successful at identifying aggregate deposits through preliminary to confirmatory exploration programs.

My environmental experience includes the development, coordination and completion of Phase II and Phase III investigations which included groundwater monitoring well installations. I have also completed numerous soil and groundwater monitoring reports and have aided in the development, population and maintenance of a groundwater database.

I have strong project management, coordination and communication skills. The aspects I enjoy most about my work includes, client relations, strategic planning, scheduling, estimating, regulatory reporting and on-site supervision. My technical experience includes data collection/analysis/management, quality assurance/control, technical writing and reviewing skills.
